Account and Data Deletion for SprachXP

SprachXP users can request deletion of their account and associated app data by contacting SprachXP support.

How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email to support@sprachxp.com.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my SprachXP account".
  3. Send the request from the Google account email address connected to your SprachXP account, if possible.
  4. Include your SprachXP display name or user number if you see it in the app.

We may ask for additional information to verify that the request belongs to the account owner before deleting the account.

What data is deleted

When an account deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize data associated with the account, including:

What data may be retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup integrity, or service operations. Backup copies are removed according to the normal backup rotation schedule.

Partial data deletion

You can also request deletion of specific app data without deleting your full account by emailing support@sprachxp.com and describing the data you want deleted.
